Our Principle
Two decades in the valuation profession
Brian entered the appraisal profession in 2003 and has focused on commercial and industrial assignments in Northern and Central Pennsylvania since 2007. After years of working alongside highly experienced appraisers, he founded Blair Appraisal & Consulting Services, LLC in 2025 to take on larger, more complex, and special-purpose assignments.
